The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1.      Send an email request for the return to customer@seventythreesins.com no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and, if you think it will help us continue to improve, any other comment you consider.

 

2.      The items should be packaged:

a.        in original condition, together with all accessories, labels, and any other packaging originally included.

b.      The item must not be used, cleaned, or damaged in any way.

Until the time we receive an item at our store, that item remains the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain a proof of shipment.

•Do I have to pay anything for the return?

To return a 73SINS item, you just need to contact a shipping carrier (i.e. Correos, UPS, FedEX…) and send the item to the detailed address mentioned above in this same page. Return expenses must be assumed by the customer. In the event of an item originally sent by 73SINS was defective, the firm would assume the total cost of the shipment for the return or exchange of that item.

•How will I receive the refund?

Once we receive the item and approve the return, the amount will be refunded to the same source through which the payment was made.

•When will I receive the refund?

After we check that the items are in its original condition (those not defective) with all the original labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be refunded to your account. Please, notice that the laws allow us to take as long as 30 days to complete the refund, beginning the day we receive the item at our headquarters. Nevertheless, we will do everything we can to make sure the refund is done as soon as possible.

•What if the refund amount was incorrect?

If this was to happen, get in contact with us through customer@seventythreesins.com and we will put all our efforts in solving the issue as soon as possible.

In the event 73SINS sent the wrong item by mistake, please contact us at customer@seventythreesins.com to proceed with the return or Exchange of the item. In this case, 73SINS assumes both expenses, the original shipping costs as well as the return or exchange costs.

In the case of special offers, sales, or promotions where shipping expenses are excluded (free), the customer will also be required to afford shipping expenses if a return or Exchange was required.

Returns are not accepted postage due.
